But at it’s final form, is KONNAKOL. “KONNAKOL in its definition is the act of creating percussive sounds with one’s voice but what it means to me lies somewhere much deeper. It is a sound that holds the reverberation of a time before words existed” – ZAYN Drawing on his own heritage for inspiration, this album is a development of that understanding, knowing more now than ever, who he is, where he comes from and where he intends to go. KONNAKOL is a return to roots, return to form R&B Record, said to be a continuation of Mind Of Mine, ZAYN’s Debut Solo Album. The Lead Single “Die For Me” releases 6th February 2026. the Konnakol part of KONNAKOL can be heard in the song “Take Turns” alongside Urdu verses in the song “Fatal”, both belonging to the new record which were performed by the artist in his Las Vegas Residency. ZAYN has performed 5 tracks from KONAKKOL in his Vegas Residency, initially playing around still with the Fuchsia Themed Residency and previous teasers, still giving an impression of the album being named Fuchsia Sea. Later on, The teasers of KONAKKOL were shown as a Snow Leopard, another cultural aspect which is present in the album art itself.
