In the late 1980's, bolstered by the success of their first invention, four geeky boys band together and form the "Think Tank," an after school inventor's club. However, after fifteen years of failed inventions and dashed dreams, these self-proclaimed geniuses must team up to save the only thing that matters to them anymore-their beloved hangout, Jon's Pool Hall. Lord Billiards has moved into town, opening the "Palace of Pool." It's the Wal-Mart of pool halls, and is on the verge of running Jon's Pool Hall out of business. Can the "Think Tank" make their latest screwball invention a reality and save the hall before it's too late?
