The hit anime series, currently airing on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim! Balsa, a cynical female warrior, has sworn to protect young prince Chagum from royal assassins known as the Hunters. After fleeing to the countryside, Balsa and Chagum have managed to find shelter in a small village. Until when the local blacksmith recognizes Balsa and informs the Hunters, forcing her to fight her way to freedom once again.
