Megadeth is the seventeenth and final studio album by the American thrash metal band Megadeth, released on January 23, 2026, through BLKIIBLK Records. It was Megadeth's only album with guitarist Teemu Mäntysaari, and their first since 2009's Endgame to feature bassist James LoMenzo. The album was announced in August 2025 and its release was accompanied by the band's farewell tour. The album's lead single, "Tipping Point," was released on October 3, 2025. Megadeth consisting of band founder, lead vocalist and guitarist Dave Mustaine; guitarist Teemu Mäntysaari (Wintersun); bassist James Lomenzo (ex-White Lion); and, drummer Dirk Verbeuren (ex-Soilwork) have unveiled a video for their latest single “I Don’t Care” from their upcoming self-titled album, which will be released on January 23, 2026.
