Scrawny and short, high school quarterback Johnny Walker (Anthony Michael Hall, Sixteen Candles) is America's most unlikely football prospect. Johnny finds himself in the enviable position of being courted by the country's top football recruiters. However, he's torn between waiting for a top offer with big bucks, egged on by his best friend Leo (Robert Downey, Jr., Iron Man) or joining his girlfriend, Georgia (Uma Thurman, Kill Bill) at a college where he can pursue a well-rounded education.
