PSP Movies - Uber-sports agent Jerry Maguire (Tom Cruise) is the biggest moneymaker at one of the world's biggest agencies, landing megabucks contracts for some of the biggest names in sports. While at a company conference, he has a revelation about a new way of doing business, and stays up all night pounding out his vision. His philosophy gets him fired, and after a desperate attempt to hang onto his clients, Maguire winds up leaving the agency he helped build with just one: prima donna Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Rod Tidwell (Cuba Gooding, Jr.). One of Maguire's fellow employees, secretary Dorothy Boyd (Renee Zellweger) decides to follow Maguire out on his own, where his newfound ideals will be put to the test.
