A group of young friends travel to exotic Panama for a week in a tropical paradise. Befriending a beautiful local woman in their hotel bar, they learn of a pristine waterfall hidden nearby. The woman cautions them not to hike out into the jungle, but the group convinces her to be their guide. But when their guide mysteriously vanishes, the friends realize the truth behind her warnings - horrific, bloodthirsty creatures are now stalking them, and they've stumbled right into the creatures' lair.
