Pierre (Melvil Poupaud, LAURENCE ANYWAYS), a once-daring novelist disgusted with the publishing world, lets a duplicitous government insider (Andre Dussollier, DIPLOMACY) tempt him into ghostwriting a manifesto designed to transform French public opinion. This act has risky consequences for the activist (Clemence Poesy, IN BRUGES) with whom he soon becomes involved.
