Multinational terrorists in Puerto Rico have targeted the United States with an anthrax bomb. The D.R.E.A.M. (Dangerous Reconnaissance Emergency Action Mission) team is called in to infiltrate the terrorist group and defuse the bomb before the United States is destroyed.
