A country singer finds love when she collaborates with a former pop star on a Christmas project. When sales are down for singer Tess Stapleton, her label is going to drop her unless she agrees to record a Christmas album with fallen star/bad boy bander Derek Copeland. They disagree about everything but with some inspiration from Tess' eight-year-old daughter, they record a great album and Tess finds herself falling for Derek.
