It's a cold, rainy night on Seattle's east side and police officer's David (Lochlyn Munro) and Mike (Jesse Bradford) are about to bust in on a dangerous drug deal. Unbeknownst to them, their actions will land them at the center of an Internal Affairs investigation led by officer Dawson (Mena Suvari). The old school police chief (Martin Sheen) believes his cops are innocent but something just doesn't fit. As officer Dawson continues her investigarion, her life is in danger. Will she survive long enough to find the truth?
